Guidelines on using the Weekly format

  • When renaming a week it is highly suggested that the date be retained on the title (e.g. March 14 - March 18: Introduction to Xepto LMS ), this is to prevent confusion and to be able to track the date for each week.
  • If ever that the title of a  week was already renamed without the date, what you could do is re-edit the title of the week and delete the current title after saving it it should display the date of that week. This happens because when a section/week title by default it will always display the date for that week.
  • If there is an upcoming break week for your school, you should also add a week that is designated as the break week (e.g. April 4 - April 8: Break Week). Because the weekly format highlights the current week, if the break week was not added the week highlighting would result in inaccuracy.
