1. Go to your course and click on Participants.
  2. On the Enrolled users drop-down menu, select Enrollment methods.
  3. Scroll down to Add method and on the drop-down menu select Cohort Sync.
  4. On the cohort sync pageset the following settings below:
    • Active - Set this to "Yes", to make sure that the enrollment method is enabled.
    • Cohort - From the list of cohorts, select the learner's section/s to be enrolled on the course.
    • Assign role - Set this to "Student", this sets the role of the learners to be enrolled.
    • Add to group - Set this to “Create new group”, this creates groups/student sections in your course
  5. Once the settings are finalized, click on Add method to create/save the enrollment method.
  6. The enrollment method should now appear on the list and the learners should now be enrolled on the course .
