- Go to your course and click on Participants.
- On the Enrolled users drop-down menu, select Enrollment methods.
- Scroll down to Add method and on the drop-down menu select Cohort Sync.
- On the cohort sync page, set the following settings below:
- Active - Set this to "Yes", to make sure that the enrollment method is enabled.
- Cohort - From the list of cohorts, select the learner's section/s to be enrolled on the course.
- Assign role - Set this to "Student", this sets the role of the learners to be enrolled.
- Add to group - Set this to “Create new group”, this creates groups/student sections in your course
- Once the settings are finalized, click on Add method to create/save the enrollment method.
- The enrollment method should now appear on the list and the learners should now be enrolled on the course .
