In the participants tab, you can view the enrollments, groups, and permissions of the course. We only recommend using the manual enrollment method, when you want to do a single enrollment for a specific student. For bulk/section enrollment see Cohort sync enrollment method.
- Go to “My Course”, Choose the course the students will be enrolled in.
- To view users enrolled on the course, click on Participants tab.
- On the Enrolled users page, you will see all the users enrolled on your course. You can also filter your the view based on your set conditions.
- To enroll users, you can do either of the steps below:
- Using Enroll users button
- Click on Enroll users button. A pop-up window will appear, on Select users enter the names of the students or on Select cohorts select the name of the section to be enrolled.
- On Assign role drop down menu, select the role to be assigned for the users.
- When done, click Enroll selected users and cohorts to finish the enrollment.
- Through Manual Enrollment method.
- There are other methods of enrolling users. To select, click Enrollment methods.
- From the list of Enrollment methods, locate Manual enrollments and click on Enroll users icon.
- On Not enrolled users column choose the names of the students from the list, you can also use the search box below to search for the student to be added. To enroll multiple students, select all the names of the student to be enrolled.
- On Assign role select the roles to be assigned to the user.
- Click on Add button to enroll the students to the course.
